How incredible that first the ineptitude and irresponsibility of David Cameron in seeking to resolve his own party political difficulties brought us the EU referendum. Now, post referendum vote, rather than grip the situation and show some leadership in a crisis, the party once again turns away from its governmental responsibilities for more infighting over who will be its next leader.
This has already resulted in the unedifying sight of bartering going on between leadership contenders over what the position of EU citizens living and working in the UK will be post Brexit. As if this crazy referendum process has not done enough already to stir up anti-migrant racism its seems the prospective leaders of the Conservative Party want to give this particular poisonous pot another stir - unbelievable!
The one leader showing any leadership qualities at the moment is Jeremy Corbyn and his Parliamentary colleagues want to get rid of him - what price democracy?
